Workshop is build upon the methodology "Global Youth Skills" created by the Institute for the Future. The framework provides a better understanding og th efuture of learning and work. We help young people to explore competences of the future, outline their future archetype and draw out the future path they would like to take.

Which competence of the future are most valuable for me?
Ehich archetype of the future inspires me?
How can I create my own future?

Process

We conduct the workshop for groups. We need at least 2 hours for the implementation but can extend it. The duration depends on the ambition and number of the participants. The workshop can also be adapted to a format of individual mentoring.
