The personal data manager is TiPovej! Zavod za ustvarjalno družbo, Trg prekomorskih brigad 1, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The personal data processors are the Director of TiPovej! and a youth worker. Your information will not be transmitted to third parties without your explicit consent.

If you want us to delete the information we have about you, please contact us by e-mail or postal address.

Which information is collected and why?

TiPovej! collects and processes personal data necessary for the conclusion of contracts and payments on the basis of contracts. If you have collaborated with TiPovej! as an employee, volunteer, contractor or other, we collected your information for the conclusion of the contract, payment on the basis of the contract and reporting the paid revenues to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia. The collected data, also required for reporting the paid revenues to the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, is forwarded by TiPovej! to the external accounting of the SALCOM, podjetje za finančno računovodske storitve, d.o.o., which regulates the mutual relations and obligations defined and regulated by a written contract. For the purposes of business cooperation, the conclusion of a contract and payments, TiPovej! collects and processes the following personal information: name, surname, address, tax number, EMŠO (natural persons), bank account number, e-mail address and telephone number.

TiPovej! collects and processes the personal data of persons who have expressed interest in working at the Institute (regular work, project work, student work, student practice) with the aim of possible future cooperation.

How do we collect data?

By sending us your data directly in the following ways:

  • registering for an event,
  • applying for a job, practice or other work,
  • establishing an employment relationship.

Data is obtained in paper or electronic form, over the telephone or in person.

Information from external sources

We indirectly collect information through social media when we publish news or respond to comments and messages. Depending on your privacy settings, we can obtain anonymous demographic or analytical information to help us assess the reach and effectiveness of our communication.

We indirectly collect data by browsing the web and by obtaining publicly available information on the web.

How do we store your data and for how long?

The data is stored in a common database at TiPovej!'s office, accessible only to a narrow circle of staff at the Institute (see above). The data is stored in the form of Office programs.

Personal data of an individual obtained on the basis of consent may be processed and stored as long as there is an intention or until the consent given by an individual is canceled.

Personal data of an individual, which is processed on the basis of business cooperation, can be processed and stored for 5 years from the fulfillment of the contractual obligations of both parties. Receipts are stored for 10 years after the end of the year to which the receipt relates in accordance with the law.

Supervision

You have the right to request a copy of the information we have about you at any given time. If you want a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email or write us a letter. The transmission of information can take several days.

You have the right to request:

  • to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate;
  • to stop processing your personal information;
  • to delete your personal information;
  • to limit data processing activities.
