Realize yourself! is great opportunity for young people to get ready and to find their own chance.
Realize yourself! is designed as stimulation program aimed to learn, to gain competences and to think about own ideas, possible to realize. Program exists of different, independent workshops with logical follow up what enable young person to up-grade knowledge, attitudes and skills. Workshops stimulate processes of internal motivation to face to external factors (parents, school, society, expectation, standards) based on need of self-realization. Program based on the non-formal methods with learner centered emphasis, where the learner is co-creator of learning outcomes and ways of learning. Special focus is dedicated to creativity as skill, which bring participants to several solutions. Program assist young person to develop key competences, important for successful and independent life:
- creativity, entrepreneurship, innovatively
- learning to learn
- active participation in society
